There are myriads benefits of staying
physically fit. Probably, you’ll be looking great, full of confidence and
notice improvements in your core strength. Unfortunately, it’s easy saying than
done. So, the truth is if you follow a healthy diet regimen for weight loss along with some Yoga,
Meditation and Exercise then you should gradually see improvements to your

A. Fitness/Exercise:-
Go Outside:
Do you wake up early? Go for a run or walk
to get some fresh air. Studies show that running in the morning can do wonders
to increase your physical stamina. You should follow these everyday even on the
weekends.
Take It Slow:
You should always keep in mind when
starting exercises or cardio for the first time that you must take it slow. Let
your body to get accustomed into the notions. Time and Effort are the two
important factors to become a stronger and fitter person.
Physical Training:
Start with some Cardio, such as aerobics,
running, walking, dancing or swimming. It will increase the efficiency of
Oxygen supply to your body. Now, move ahead to do some strength building
exercises, i.e. push ups, sit ups and weightlifting.
Interval Training:
The best way to strengthen your body is by
doing interval training. Go hard for first 1 minute then go slow for 1 minute
and carry on like these for 10 minutes.
B. Health And Food:-
Balanced Diet:
Eating a healthy and balanced diet keep
your body healthy and energized. If you are unable to find a healthy diet regimen for weight loss,
it’s preferable that you should consult a nutritionist. Know more about it from here.
Have Some Carbs:
To increase your physical strength, you
must include healthy carbs into your diet. Survey shows that you should consume
brown breads, vegetables, fruits, pasta etc.
Stay Hydrated:
Do you know that water makes up to 70% of
your total body weight? Clearly, hydrating your body is important in order to
enhance your beauty and weight. Drink at least 3-4 lit per day. Similarly, you
can also drink juice to stay hydrated.
Caution: Make sure juice doesn’t have sugar
in it.
Chew Slowly:
Research shows that chewing slowly could
help improve digestion. So take it easy while digging into the lunch/dinner
plate.
C. Happiness:-
Enough Sleep
A good night sleep ensures your body gets
the necessary rest it requires to heal and cure itself. Make sure to get at
least 8 to 9 hours of sleep so that you don’t feel any headache or stomach
irritation the next day.
Yoga
Regular practise of Yoga can make your skin
glowing and healthy. It increases the resistance of your body and also enhances
the functioning of your lungs by providing enough oxygen. It is also helps maintaining healthy diet regimen for weight loss. Some popular Yoga poses which you can try
are Sarvangasana, Halasana, Uttanasana, Matsyasana, Bhujangasana etc.
Meditation
Meditation is very effective to make your
body stronger and can help lower stress levels. All you need is a calm
environment and time, that’s all.
Get Rid Of Bad Habits
To get a healthy physique you must get rid
of bad habits like –
